Fort Lauderdale Compliant Landscape Plan Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of a landscape plan that meets Fort Lauderdale's city standards. You'll be provided with a site plan and a project for replication of trees and shrubs. Your task will be designing their placement.
Key Requirements:
- Code Minimum Compliance: The design must adhere to city codes.
- Placement Design: You will need to creatively design the placement of the trees and shrubs.
- Specific Species: The landscape should exclusively include native species.
- Clean and Modern CAD: All designs must be created using a clean and modern CAD style.
Deliverables:
- A landscape plan suitable for city submission.
- A design that matches the provided style, to be placed on my title block for signature as the architect of record.
Timeline: This project is time-sensitive and needs completion within 2 days.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD, with a portfolio demonstrating clean and modern CAD designs.
- Experience with landscape design and knowledge of native Fort Lauderdale species.
- Ability to create city code compliant plans.
- Prior experience with similar projects will be highly regarded.
Attachments are sheet A1 which is the site plan you would be basing your landscape drawings off of. I've also attached a sample landscape project, you will use the same landscape material but placed differently and in compliance with the Fort Lauderdale standards.
