I need engineering on an 8 foot tall block wall construction with 8X8X16 Block.
This is a property (Fence) wall and not a retaining wall.
The previous engineer over engineered the wall and the construction cost to build the wall is too excessive.
I need to simplify this so it simplifies the cost of the rebar and concrete cost.
