Folding patio door installation

I am planning on installing a folding patio door in our home in FL. This is a 2-story home, build on a concrete slab in 2003. I have attached two images showing what the current set up is with the existing door and window which would need to be removed and the new framing constructed. I have marked the opening with the red square where the proposed folding door would be installed.
Planning on the width to be 10 or 12 feet, height would be 8 feet.The two pillars would be also removed that you see, I believe those are architectural feature and most likely do not provide any load bearing support (??)
I need someone to prepare the plans with structural calls and stamp for the local building dept. for permit.
