Floorplan for office & educational purposes

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a floorplan in AutoCAD or similar for my office and educational space. The space is approx 2,000 sq ft and must have reception/waiting area, computer room, and 3 private offices/meeting rooms, back office for 4 staff, storage room and kitchenette.

The ideal freelancer should have experience in designing office and educational spaces and be able to incorporate my specific requirements into the floorplan.
