Floorplan for basement

I am looking to submit for permits from my town for my basement remodel project. It is an 1100sq foot basement and I already made my own floorplan but it needs to be done to a 0.25" scale and show all materials to be used and be up to all codes. I am too busy to fix it and would rather hire someone skilled in this to fix it for me as it is probably fairly straight forward:).
