Floor planning for a house

My home project is a new construction, and I need someone to create a floor plan for it. The house has a total area of more than 2000 sq ft, so I will need a G+ 2 plan that includes detailed measurements of all rooms and hallways. I am looking for a traditional design with touches of modernity, but nothing too cutting-edge. I'm not interested in a custom design or putting in the effort to try and coordinate something completely out of the ordinary. I need someone who is an expert in space planning and construction layout, and who can create a detailed floor plan that meets my needs.
