Floor plan with electrical

We are located Bensalem, PA, USA. Commercial offices need floor plan with electrical. I have a sketchup (.skp) drawling, as well as a Draftsight (.dwg). They are attatched. Four small offices, a conference room, cubical area, and the industrial style stairs, as shown. What would your pricing be? What would be approximate estimated completion timeframe?
