- I am looking for a skilled professional to create a floor plan for a medium-sized restaurant space-2000 sq ft).
- The client is open to suggestions for the seating arrangement, so the ideal freelancer should have experience in designing efficient and visually appealing restaurant layouts.
- The client does not have a specific style or theme in mind, so the freelancer should be able to provide creative and diverse design options.
- The freelancer should have expertise in creating functional floor plans that optimize space utilization and flow for a restaurant environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and incorporate the client's preferences and requirements are essential for the successful completion of this project.
- Proficiency in CAD software or other relevant design tools is preferred.
- The freelancer should be able to deliver high-quality and detailed floor plans within the agreed-upon timeline.
- The project requires attention to detail, creativity, and a strong understanding of restaurant design principles.
Requirements:
Floor Layout of terrace- as per vaastu
1. Dinnning - 900 sft with buffet counter space
2. Handwash 2 and toilet besides dinning but entry from outside
2. Kitchen - 15 by 12 with wash area of 8 by 8 plus attached store of 8' by 10'
3. Gym 18 by 10
4 HK Staff room 12 by 10 - 2 Nos plus 2 toilets+ 2 Shower area (5' x 4')
5. Resident Manager 10 by 10 attached toilet - 2 nos
6. MD Cabin 10 by 10
7 Linen and HK Room - 10 by 8
8. Store Room - 10 by 8
9. Nort side and Northeast to be open
10. admin exec room 8'by 8'
East and West walls can only have plumbing
Project is not completed, until the design is completed. Multiple iterations will be required.
In the enclosed layout:
1. Ignore the rooms layout. that is for the floor below.
2. Open terrace. the beams run horizontally on red pillars for weight bearing
