Floor plan made with offices added and minimum 3ft hallway in the space.

I am looking for a skilled professional who can create a floor plan for my space, which is 2700 sq ft. The main requirement is to add a minimum 3ft hallway throughout the space. In addition, I would like to have as many offices as possible to be added. Each office should be 100-110sf large. Minimum 16 offices but the more the better.
