Floor plan

I’m looking to hire an experienced freelancer to create a residential floor plan for an area with 1000-5000 square feet. I already have a specific design in mind, but I’m interested in hearing the freelancer’s suggestions. The freelancer should have a good understanding of both residential and commercial floor plans. The ideal freelancer should also have knowledge of design standards and possess strong technical drawing skills.
