3d Floor plan

I am looking for a freelancer to create a 3D floor plan for my residential property. The purpose of the floor plan is for construction planning. Although I don't have existing floor plans or blueprints, I do have rough sketches that can be used as a reference. The ideal freelancer should have experience in creating 3D floor plans for construction planning, and be proficient in software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp. Attention to detail and the ability to accurately represent dimensions and spatial relationships is a must.
