Floor plan v2
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I want someone to design a floor plan and 3d, 4 to 5 level building.
Land size is 18x40m, located at a corner
* RC: Car repair shop that can handle 5 Car rotary lifts( https://rotarylift.com/product/spo20/) and at least one hole (Service bay : https://www.constructioncovers.com/product/oil-change-and-service-bay-safety-nets/) for truck and buse repair and oil change.
A restaurant, public toilet, a space for car wash and a painting area. This is also the building main entrance so we need a lobby for the whole building (Doesn't need to be big, but well positioned and optimized.
The garage(car repair shop) should be able to receive buses and trucks, so please consider the correct height and a space inside for parking (No need to park a lot of vehicles).
We need a small office and a reception for the garage where we can receive customers, parts or deliver parts. Include toilets for customers and employees.
* 1 floor: car expo for selling. Small reception, small office, and toilets. We need a way of transporting a car to that level from the RC.
* 2nd to 5th floor : Training center, with offices and classes. include toilets.
This is the idea, I a looking for someone who an help me optimize the space and provide suggestion on how we can implement this properly.
I don't want someone who will be asking me where he should put the this or that. If you are going to ask me where to position things because as an Architect or a designer, you are not able, then this project is not for you. I am not an Architect so I want an expert.
if the space if small, we can find a way to improve by removing things or putting on different floors.

* if you don't know how to manage a project and you will just sketch one fast thing to get rid of the project as soon as possible.
* if you don"t have time to work on this and that it is not an intersting project with you.
I had a very bad experience with the freelancer who did v1 of this project. I don't want to have the same type of person. Don"t waste your time and mine.
