Floor designer / draftsmen to provide floor plan for a 700 sq foot apartment

I am looking for a floor designer / draftsmen to provide a floor plan for a 700 sq ft apartment that is being constructed in an existing outbuilding approx 30’x34’ space including existing garage. I prefer a traditional design style and require a 2D floor plan. I have some specific requirements and features that I want included in the floor plan.
