Floor Plans revised and Renderings

I am a HOME builder and would like to have some floor plans revised and updated. I have PDF files on 2 plans and CAD files on one of them. I have built these homes in that past and would like to get them update with dimensions for Building. Also need 2D renderings of the elevations for Permitting and then also 3D color renderings for Marketing in both digital form and printable files. Building in a Subdivision and may require revisions on our 6 base plans as clients require. Looking for and experienced Draftsman who can respond in a timely and professional manner.
