2D Floor Plan Renderer

We are looking for a skilled 2D Floor Plan Renderer to create high-quality renderings of floor plans with supplied PDF files and basic furnishing. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately creating 2D floor plan renderings with furniture layouts and other design elements as specified by the client.

Create 2D renderings of floor plans with supplied PDF files and basic furnishing, using software such as AutoCAD , Photoshop, room sketcher etc
Ensure that all dimensions and details in the floor plan are accurately represented in the rendering
Apply basic furnishing and design elements as specified by the client
Communicate with clients to clarify any questions or concerns about the project
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
Collaborate with other members of the design team to ensure consistency and quality of the final product
Requirements:

Proven experience in creating 2D floor plan renderings with basic furnishing
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant software
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
