Floor Plan Redesign for 5 Flats
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I'm looking for an experienced architect or designer with proficiency in AutoCAD to redo and relabel floor plans for 5 flats.
Key Responsibilities:
* Convert the existing floor plans I provide from PDF to DWG format.
* Implement specific structural changes according to the new layout designs that I will provide. This includes adding, removing, and relocating walls, windows, doors, etc.
* Pay close attention to detail and follow the layout designs I provide strictly.
Skills and experience required:
* Proficient use of AutoCAD for drafting and updating floor plans.
* Strong background in architecture or interior design.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Previous experience dealing with structural changes in floor plans will be highly advantageous.
Please note, I will provide all the required materials including the existing floor plans in PDF format and the new layout designs for all the changes needed. This project will not include any aesthetic changes. Only serious and highly skilled professionals should apply for this.
