Floor Plan Modification Needed

I need to modify my existing floor plan with better drawings.

Requirements:
- Change rooms locations (ground and first floor)
- Rearrange bedrooms on the same floor
- Modify dimensions of bedrooms
- Do all the changes as per the attached notes

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in architectural design and floor plan modification
- Proficiency in CAD or similar design software
- Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and professional drawings
