Floor Plan

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a commercial floor plan in the approximate layout format. This plan should not include any doors, windows, or furniture. I am looking for someone experienced in floor plan design and architecture who can render a professional and aesthetically pleasing design. The job will require accuracy, attention to detail, as well as creativity in design. The floor plan should be simple and readable, yet modern and attention grabbing. The freelancer should have a portfolio of works to show and should know the necessary software to create the plan. If possible, I would also like to receive some suggested ideas to help make the space more interesting.
