Fixing up Concept Plans (for Gold Coast Development Approval)
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I would need a Draftsman / Draftswoman :) or even an architect at the Gold Coast (probably a good idea, but not 100% necessary) to fix up some things in a concept plan (council came back with "things to change")
I was told it's a 3h max. task by somebody who hasn't got the time though. Ideally looking for somebody to work with for not only this job, the initial drafter is not available anymore unfortunately.
I got dwg files of the original site survey and the concept plan + setback plan etc.
Essentially needs to have driveways adjusted, parking leveled, retaining walls changed from 2 timber stacked to one 1.6m concrete + a house moved slightly so really not that much I hope.
