Fire Sprinkler System Drawings

I need detailed engineering drawings for the water top connection of a fire sprinkler system for a 25,000 sq ft industrial building in Denver, CO. The drawings must include hydraulic calculations and cover the water source connection.
I have an industrial building located at 2153 S Wabash St, Denver, CO. It's roughly a 25,000 sq ft warehouse that needs a sprinkler system installed. I have a sprinkler company and an underground company picked out, but my understanding is that the underground company will need civil drawings, site utility plan, water main and path it would need to travel to get from the building to the main in the middle of Wabash St.. Also, we would need to stake a fire line for Denver water with 10ft offsets. Sprinkler company will provide all their drawings but the underground company needs civil drawings to connect to the main line.
Water company is Cherry Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District for the new water tap connection.
