Finalize CAD drawings in Softplan 2024 for residential construction.

I'm looking for a professional to take on a project that involves tweaking the final CAD drawings for residential construction projects. The work needed includes completing conceptual drawings, designing aesetically pleasing exteriors etc.. . so those applying for this job must include detailed information about their experience in doing similar projects. Ideally, I would like to find someone who can complete the initial project within a week. This would be an ongoing gig as we do 15-20 projects a year.
