NC File Conversion for Steel Components

I'm looking for a professional who can convert a PDF containing details about various steel structure components (specifically beams, angles, and channels) into NC file format suitable for beamliner and angleliner machines. There are 41 components needs to convert into NC File format. See attached one of the components in three different formats (PDF, DXF and F3D).

I have also attached NC file sample (from different project), i want NC files in this format. Do not create G codes or any other format.

The PDF includes:
- Dimensions and measurements of the components
- Material specifications

The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Experience with NC file creation
- Familiarity with steel structure components
- Proficiency in interpreting technical PDF documents
