Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
We already have planning drawings & approval, but now need Building Regs drawings and structural calcs for the project which has 5 main elements.
1. New detached double garage with home office above
2. Re-roof original building (insulate above rafters) in slate and add 4x Dormers and solar
3. Raise ridge of existing extension, insulate and re-roof in slate
4. Demolish existing attached garage and replace with utility room with pitched roof
5. New windows, new porch, re-wire and re-plumb.
