Fiber Cement Panel Material Takeoff
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for someone very proficient in providing material takeoff for the subframing (brackets and railing) for a fiber cement panels I am using in a project, which has two buildings (A+B). The preliminary panel layout are attached. I plan on using Silbonit FC panels 8 mm thick, 1250mmx3050mm (for the white) and 1250mm x 2500mm (for the dark). Are you familiar with Silbonit? It is very similar to Swisspearl https://sil-lastre.com/en/product/silbonit-hydro/
I can provide you the DWG of the layout shown in the pdf to facilitate your initial work.
I have 7" of insulation on the outside, and the framing is done with metal studs 16" spacing. The project uses exterior blinds which are mounted over the wall, and hidden by the facade. They are shown as a dashed rectangle with diagonals in the plans above the applicable doors and windows and no brackets can be installed there.
