Fence Permit Approval

I need assistance with obtaining approval for a wooden fence that has already been built without a permit. The fence is over 6 feet tall and is located in the front yard.

The engineer needs to verify the structural integrity of the new fence including foundations to enable a building surveyor to certify the fence to meet the Council requirements.
