Factory MEP Engineering Expertise - Hanoi, Vietnam

I'm seeking a highly skilled mechanical engineer to design and implement MEP systems for a large-scale factory fit-out exceeding 10,000 square feet. The focus will be on integrating efficient electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire fighting systems within a manufacturing space.
For plastic Injection Moulding, CNC and stamping of press metal components

Ideally we need someone that is from Vietnam as the certification and requirements are substantial , or someone with prior experience in Vietnam is suitable

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed MEP layout plans to confirm with local codes and regulations.
- Design scalable electrical systems to support heavy machinery and lighting.
- Implement robust and reliable plumbing systems for a large factory workforce.
- Develop advanced HVAC solutions to maintain optimal factory conditions.
- Integrate fire fighting systems for safety and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in MEP design, especially in large facilities.
- Expertise in AutoCAD or similar design software.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and building codes.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, specifically in factory settings.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors and oversee installation processes.
