Facade Redesign: Windows, Doors

I'm seeking an architect or structural engineer to modify the facade of my house. The changes primarily involve structural adjustments related to the windows and doors.
The project involves the following: New front facade
Remove the existing entrance roof
Remove the existing railing
Remove the existing stairs
Replace the window on the ground floor to the right (not the basement window) with a single patio door, including a side window (see rough sketch). It should be placed where the window is now, symmetrically aligned with the upstairs window, which measures 134x134 cm in frame dimensions. The door should be 90x210 cm, and the side window should be approximately 44x134 cm (134-90=44).
Replace existing door with a patio door (90x210 cm) in the location of the old entrance.
