Extrude profile along an alignment string in Autocad

Hi, I have a series of models with overhead wiring. Some have the complete conductor rail and supports, some models have the conductor rail only, some have the supports only, I need to create a complete model with both conductor rail and supports across the entire tunnel alignment.
