Exterior 3D design of existing old commercial building

Existing commercial building of 90 ft front and 4 storey height conatructed in 2004 need exterior 3D design of building along with details material to be used. Expectation is of cheap and durable materials design like cement board , glass , mild steel . Some laser cut work can be also included.
