Expertise in Aluminium Panel Design
Budget: £10 – £11 GBP
I require a freelancer highly skilled in architectural design and detailing to help with my residential building project. The job involves generating detailed outputs for the GENIUS PRIME 3mm Aluminium Cassette Panel system.
Key Deliverables:
- Panel Schedule: Accurate representation of the panels required.
- Panel Fabrication Drawings: Must include intricate manufacturing details.
- Panel Elevations: Precise elevations in relation to the building.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD or similar design software.
- Experience with panel systems, specifically GENIUS PRIME.
- Deep understanding of architectural drawings and detailing.
- Capable of creating detailed material specifications.
- Familiar with small-scale residential building requirements.
Experience in metal fabrication and knowledge of UK building regulations would be advantageous.
I am looking for detailed, precise work reflecting current industry standards to ensure a seamless construction process. If you have a portfolio showcasing similar projects, please include this with your proposal.
I have attached an elevation drawing showing the modular dimension of each panel (drawing will be updated showing another set of corner panels on North/East corner at fascia level) and panel layout on each elevation) marked Flat 16 Panel Schedule and some PDFs from Genius showing typical fabrication drawings, their 'typical details' for the system and an EXCEL template showing how they want the panel schedule to be done.
I have not inserted a budget as I am not sure of the fee for something like this, but let me have have your proposed fee when replying
