Expert 2D CAD Draftsman for Construction Drawings
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking for an experienced 2D CAD draftsman (AutoCAD or similar) for facade and window construction drawings in DWG format.
? Scope of work:
We regularly need technical 2D drawings (plans, sections, details) for:
Windows and roof windows (custom shapes and dimensions)
Roof access constructions with sandwich panels, integrated into post-and-beam systems (see example: kabamo.ch)
Special glazing or roof exit solutions with drainage systems
You will receive hand sketches, photos, or reference drawings from us and will be responsible for turning them into clean DWG files.
? First task example:
Drawings for a 3000 × 3000 mm element that includes:
A Stebler roof hatch (1000 × 2500 mm, thermally broken aluminum)
A separate post-and-beam frame (aluminum, colinal anodized)
A gutter in between to separate both elements
Integration of a sandwich panel with cutouts (for ventilation and chimney)
✅ Deliverables:
DWG drawing (plan + section)
Structured layers, proper line weights
Dimensions according to DIN or SIA
PDF export for review
? Languages:
German or English speaking

2–3 sample projects (PDF or DWG)
Your rate (hourly or per drawing)
