I'm looking for an experienced CAD/CAM professional with a solid grasp of Autocad and CNC programming for 3-axis milling machines.
Key responsibilities include:
- 2D Drafting using Autocad: Proficiency in 2D drafting is crucial, as you will be required to draft architectural drawings and then export them into the ArtCam software.
- CNC Programming: You must be able to work with CNC programming for 3-axis milling machines. This will involve creating efficient toolpaths for the machine to follow based on the 2D drawings.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience in using Autocad for 2D drafting
- Demonstrable experience with CNC programming for 3-axis milling machines
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with the rest of the team
- Knowledge of ArtCam software for 2D/3D modeling and design would be an advantage.
