Experienced Draftsman: Australian Site, Elevation Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We are seeking an experienced freelance draftsman to complete a site plan and elevation plan for a project. Applicants must be familiar with Australian standards and able to deliver high-quality, detailed drawings.
Plans Required:
1. Site Plan
A comprehensive site plan that captures the entire site, including all structures, at an appropriate scale with the following details:
• Street name(s) and lot number
• Lot dimensions, north point, and scale
• Location and signage placement, including setbacks from the front and closest side boundaries
2. Elevation Plan Set
A series of two-dimensional elevation drawings (north, south, east, and west views) that include:
• Signage height and appearance relative to the building
• Signage dimensions and materials
• Mounting details, including whether the sign will be illuminated (internally or externally lit)
• Setbacks and dimensions for signage protruding over the footpath, if applicable
• Above-ground clearance dimensions for any signage extending into the local road reservation
The plans must be drawn to a scale of 1:100 and fully annotated.
