Experienced CAD Draughtsman Needed for MEP Drawings
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I'm looking for a skilled CAD draughtsman with over 5 years of experience in creating MEP high level coordination drawings. The draughtsman will need to design and integrate drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems with our existing architectural and structural plans.
Key requirements:
- Proficient in CAD, with a strong portfolio of MEP coordination drawings.
- Able to provide final drawings in both DWG and PDF formats.
- Experience with integrating designs into structural plans.
- Strong understanding of building codes and compliance regulations.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
- Expertise in clash detection and resolution using design software.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and standards.
