I'm looking for a proficient CAD designer to create a floor plan for my existing warehouse. The primary purpose of this project is to ensure the layout is accurate and professionally presented.
The build is located in New Zealand
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize provided dimensions and pdf plans to create an accurate floor plan and side view in DWG (CAD) format.
- Incorporate an unmarked plan to be delivered to a fire engineer for further annotations.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software.
- Ability to present a high standard drawings.
- an understanding and experience with creating safety-compliant floor plans.
