Existing Floor Plan Creation

Existing two-story house on 780sqm block for which we require creation of an accurate site, floor and wall/window/door plan with all dimensions and documentation of. Is to include ceiling heights and subfloor depth (is on stumps). Software files and their ownership of documentation set to be shared. Professional measurement tools recommended.
