Existing CAD Residential Floor Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an expert in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, to professionally make changes to existing residential floor plans.
Scope of work: Update plans and make necessary modifications per information below.
We want to make some changes to the attached plans. The main objective was not to compromise the roof lines and exterior.
Scope of work-
Masterbath- Bumpout for Tub with side roof. Will not affect main roof.
Masterbath and Closet reworked and extended this area along with the garage back 5’-0” existing roof pitch will extend.
Bedroom 3- Extended this area back 5’-0” and added a pitch roof to the existing roof line. Moved rear porch demising wall over 3 ft to expand the width of this room. Need to resize living room windows next to back door. Prefer Qty.3 3060 windows with 3080 door in living room. No need to update the window and door schedule unless it is automatic. Add windows to 3rd bedroom. Sizes TBD
Bedroom 2/Bath 2- Moved the entire closet bath block down and eliminated the 3 rd bedroom closet to create more room in 2nd bedroom. Relocate entry door.
Study- Moved the demising wall with Foyer over to eliminate niche area.
Foyer-Deleted the demising wall between Foyer and Dining.
Kitchen- Relocated Refrigerator to New Pantry and moved window/ sink centerline at wall location.
48” Range Centered on opposite wall elevation.
Utility/New Pantry- moved the exterior wall that’s on the porch to align with the master bedroom front elevation.
Master Bedroom-added 3’ ft towards bath/ closet and 2 ft for bath/closet towards garage to get the 5 ft extension on this side.
Master entry door and hall will remain in the same location. We created a utility closet in the hall before master bedroom entry door. The door needs to swing 180 degrees to lay flat against the wall. The closet entry will be a sliding door.
Hall Mudroom- Pushed back the wall for New Washer Dryer Location

Key Tasks:
- Make modifications to existing residential floor plans and plumbing plan using AutoCAD.
- Make all necessary adjustments to the layout per the marked up plans

- Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of the redrawn plans
- Understanding of residential floor plan requirements
- Ability to work efficiently
