Excavation material take off and time estimate
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer who can provide me with a material take off and time estimate for two excavation projects. I am looking for total soil to be removed, cubic yards/tons of rock needed, concrete neededand total number of labor hours. The excavation site is large, spanning over 5,000 sq ft. I am hoping to have this project completed within 1-2 weeks. I have uploaded the site plan cover pages for both project and will supply a link to the individual pages later.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in excavation projects involving both soil and rock materials
- Knowledge of material take off procedures and calculations
- Ability to accurately estimate the time required for excavation work
- Familiarity with large-scale excavation projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
