Event Venue Design & Videos

I’m developing a new event space and need a creative partner who can translate the concept into a fully-fledged venue design and an engaging short video that sells the vision to investors and potential clients.

Here’s the flow I have in mind. First, we’ll refine the overall look and feel of the destination—layout, décor language, traffic flow, branding accents—then move straight into detailed CAD/3D work. Once the visuals feel right, you’ll craft a 60–90-second motion piece (animated walkthrough or cinematic edit) that captures the ambience, highlights key features, and leaves viewers wanting to book immediately.

Deliverables
• Scaled floor plan and 3D renders sufficient for contractor quoting
• Source files (AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, or similar + texture libraries)
• High-resolution stills for marketing decks
• Finished promo video (Full HD, preferred in Premiere/After Effects project format)

Acceptance will be based on: accurate scaling, coherent guest flow, visual consistency between stills and video, and an export that plays smoothly on standard hardware.
