Event Floor Plan Design - AOK
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm organizing a party for 250 guests and need a professional to help me design a floor plan. I have the venue's original floor plan in PDF format, along with the dimensions and placements of the items that need to be included. The main task is to insert the required tables into the plan.
I need:
- A layout that accommodates 250 guests
- Placement of rectangular tables (the only type of table being used)
- Efficient use of the venue space
- The room is 50x50 with a stage of 24 feet deep and 16 feet wide
- I have a second attrium floor plan that is 142 feet long and 16 feet wide - i need to place several items such as photo booth, bars, DJ and Cube seating
Ideal candidates for this project will:
- Be able to take a PDF of the floor plan - redraw and place required tables and event items in the plan
- Be proficient in using design software
- Have a good understanding of spatial awareness and crowd control.
