Estimator & Draftsman - Balustrades & Metalworks
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
Looking for a skilled engineer to:
- Review architectural drawings and tender documents related to balustrades / metalwork.
- Mark up floor plans and elevations in order to highlight the scope of work.
- Measure metalworks on architectural floor plans.
- Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Estimate the price of balustrades / metalwork from first principles by accurately calculating the costs of all resources including materials, labour, machinery, etc.
- Create shop drawings for fabrication using AutoCAD.
This will be long-term work.
