Entryway Cantilever Extension

I want to add a 2-foot cantilever to both sides of the foundation of my 5-foot entry from my attached garage. I have a basic sketch and original house plan with notes on it for reference. I need engineered stamp and specs to submit with a building permit to meet residential building codes in Minnesota, USA.
