Engineering plans for Rural Driveway 200m. For Development Application (DA)

We need to build an approximately 200m access road to a house across rural land. The land has been topographically surveyed (DWG FILE), and the plan view of the road has been drawn.

This job is to provide an engineering drawing to specifications that our local council requires for a DA (Development Application). These specifications are listed below. Thank you

(b) Clause E6.7.2 Design of Vehicular Accesses – Accesses must comply with
Australian Standard AS2890 section 2 and comply with the required sight
distance provision.
The design for the driveway/access road must detail the following:
(i) long and cross section of the driveway/access road;
(ii) cut and fill batters and any stabilisation works required;
(iii)contours, finish levels and gradients of the driveway/access road;
(iv)drainage with required kerbing or scour protection; and
(v) pavement construction –
Please Note - Details of pavement construction and associated
drainage must be shown on plans.
The vehicular access must be constructed in accordance with the
Tasmanian Standard Drawings (TSD-RO3, TSD-RO4, TSD-E01 and
TSD-RF01); note that the first passing bay should be located at the
junction of the driveway and the Council road.
