I need a professional to produce signed and stamped engineering drawings for a pre-fabricated, 10'x20', all-aluminum pergola featuring a louver roof. The pergola must be designed to withstand a wind speed of up to 82 mph and tested to a wind force of 12. The pergola will stand 8 feet, 10 feet, or 12 feet tall - the height is yet to be determined. The structure will be freestanding, meaning not attached to any existing buildings. It will be installed on a paver patio, anchored by 6 concrete footers, each measuring 12"x12" and 48" deep.
