Engineered floor plans

My name is Cathy and I am looking for help to create floor plans for a residential home. The floor plans I need are for a one-story home under 1300 sq ft. I have a generic engineered plan that only needs some minor modifications. I am looking for someone familiar with Coastal South Georgia codes.
I am expecting thorough, detailed plans that comply with all necessary regulations. The plans should be accurate and must accurately reflect the layout of the building and its current condition. I would appreciate it if any changes to the design could also be discussed and proposed in the course of creating the floor plans.
