Engineered Concrete Basement Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a complete engineering package for a poured wall concrete basement, designed for a stick-built modular home. The plans must comply with state regulations.
Requirements:
- Foundation layout
- Reinforcement details
- Must meet state regulations
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with concrete basements
- Knowledge of state building codes
- Strong engineering background in residential construction
The structural engineer plans are uploaded are similar to what I need. The basement plans would have the door and window on the exterior. I would have to build exterior steps for an entrance because the house was not designed for it. I would like to simplify to meet VA residential building codes.
