Engineer structural 16x14
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an engineer to design a residential structure with dimensions of 16x14. The structure will be made of wood and I have a rough idea of what I want it to look like, but I need a complete design. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential structural engineering and be able to provide detailed plans and designs for the project.
Need an engineer due to the vaulted ceiling the ceiling height can only be 8 feet, concrete foundation, stucco outside, soundproofing with foam, 2 x 6 or 2 x 4 for framing walls, and proper airflow with the vaulted ceiling
5psf min per code at 12/4 on roof with 15 feet max
If possible, and applicable, look at two options, for corner with peak and middle or slant roof… I think that’s the correct language, but please contact me and we can discuss options, and plan.
