Engineer letter for a Privacy fence post foundation for Miami Dade County Permit

I am in need of an engineer to provide a letter for the foundation of a privacy fence posts for my project in Miami Dade County.
Requirements:
- The privacy fence will be 7 feet in height.
- I will be providing the design for the fence myself.
- The fence will be constructed using wood material.
