Engineer Drawings - *Small* Residential Building, Re-Draw Plans to Imperial Scale
Budget: $250 – $400 USD
The engineer selected for this project will receive a PDF with four pages. The drawings on those pages can be largely categorized as (1) Plan layout for the entire site, Page 1 (2) Elevation Details, Page 2, (3) Component details, Page 2-4.
Of these type of drawings:
Layout = 1 drawing,
Elevation = 5 drawings, and
Components = 5 drawings.
All Layout and Elevations need to be created in an imperial system of 1/4" = 1 foot. Component details must be created in a 1/2" = 1 foot. One particular component detail (footing of the building) has a range in depth. The drawing will need to use a standard engineering scale to show that it could have a range.
For the Component detail and specifically footing, engineer will consult design report AND incorporate details associated with it to the final drawing.
