V12 Engine Downsizing, CAD Optimization, and Ignition System Design

I'm seeking a UK-based CAD specialist with solid expertise in automotive engineering and engine mechanics. The project involves updating an existing V12 engine design with the following deliverables:
• Downsize the V12 engine to be fully functional on gasoline.
• Update the existing CAD design by simplifying the original model for production.
• Provide detailed 2D drawings in DWG, PDF, and DXF formats.
• Design a robust ignition system.
• Perform simulation and performance analysis, ensuring all key design features remain intact, including Cylinder Arrangement, Cooling System, Fuel System, Crank, and a Scale-down Model.
Please note, previous setbacks were due to an incompetent freelancer, and the project has already been delayed by 12 months. The maximum budget for this project is £1500 GBP. Additionally, the right candidate will have the opportunity for further work as we have many projects in the pipeline.
